The small caps ( S fund) seem to have broken through its upper resistence level, reaching an all time high. Some say since it broke through look for it to go higher. What do some of you at this site think? Any comments.:? Thanks
There is a bit of an unhealthy divergence going on in small caps. Not always trouble, but something to consider.

My 3 main players in the Stox Caps are IVV (lrg-caps), IJK (med-caps). and IJR (sml-caps). Right now IJR is the leader, closely followed by IJK with IVV bringing up the rear!

Will be signing off this week thread and starting a new one! Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!

Rgds!

Spaf,

Are we the midnight riders? How long will the S fund continue to lead. Any thoughts on that one.

Rome777,

Same question to you - how much longer in the outperformance lead. You seem to like this fund instead of anyothers. You'll be going S fund again soon, right?

Yep, thats us! The midnight riders!

I've hear for months now that the S fund will fizzle! It keep chugging right along.

Maybe, if it ain't broke, we shouldn't try to fix it! However, I monitor all three: Lrg., Med., and Sml. If, I go for high percentages, I'll diversify in all 3. Then if one poops out I won't take a big hit!

Rgds! going to next week! See you there! Have a good one! Spaf

The Nasdaq is currently helping the performace. Tech's have had a nice little run.......
