morning CB, sorry you're feeling blue at the moment. But what a wonderful reason to have cause to be blue, to be missing a daughter you're so close to. Many fathers don't have that kind of relationship; some realize what they're missing, others don't even have that much. You've done well, big guy.

"insert Chuckle" Nah, nnuut, I know, besides being a redneck, I'm also a sentamentalist. But luckily most of us aren't so tough when it comes right down to it. Thank goodness for that, it keeps us human.

Just said goodby to my youngest of two yesterday when she and her future hubby headed off to Michigan so he can attend grad school at UofM in Ann Arbor. Bitter sweet moment to be sure.....

So this will be my first fathers day w/o the both of them. My eldest is making a special trip down so she can be with me on Sunday because she did not want me to be alone since mom has an engagment and will not be in town. Now I'm gittin all freakin teary eyed...........
