tsptalk said:If you use the closing prices it looks like a pennant. If you look at a high/low bar chart it looks more like a flag formation. The direction of this flag is a bullish formation as ayla said.
The S&P is still hanging above yesterday's lows which is still bullish for stocks based on the TICK signal given yesterday. But if it does go below 1258-1259, it will be a bearish signal.
