I would sure think so. EFA is now -0.17% with a half hour to go in the trading day.

Normal should be about +.08 cents and if there is an FV it will lessen it.

I fund should have made 9 cents. Barclay did a -FV of 10 cents for a total of -1.

I studied, made the right move, prayed to the TSP Gods, but still got SCREWED by thoses CROOKS!

It might be too late for that. If the US market continues to sell off, in a big way tomorrow, than I might consider it. Ofcourse, there are other factors to think about too.
