The USD is droppin' like a rock. Anyone know why?

Now that BOJ and ECB and other world banks are raising rates, coupled with today's employment reports increasing the liklihood that our Fed will STOP raising rates, makes our dollar worth less (and their currency more attractive).

Maybe they are waiting to see if we would raise our rates also. Now that it looks like we may not the dollar felt the effect. Just a guess.

Looks like a good day for the I fund. My guess is that it will end up around $19.80 without an FV. Now that I said that, they will probably throw in a 10 cent FV.

I am seeing positive 1.505% at MSCI Barra website, am I missing something? (It has been months since I played the I-fund - so any recent changes to the valuation process would be news to me)

The decline in the dollar happened early. The decline in our markets happened after noon. I vote for the FV.

After that fall back I can't imagine them not doing a FV today. The FSTE rocked on our data and then our market fell back after they closed.

I vote FV today also and I bet the share prices post late today.:blink:
