The raising of the interest rate would tend to increase the value of the dollar which would decrease the value of the I-fund. The market tends to have this priced in before the Fed meeting. It is when the Fed does something unexpected that we see fireworks when the Fed announces whether or not there will be another increase. Right now the market has fluctuated a bunch and there are a lot of bets both ways. I expect a lot of movement when the Fed announces this time.
