I did exactly that. Then the TFA protocol overrode my password and obliterated it out of my password manager. I hope to be back on the site by July seeing as there is no way for a user to reset their password without an administrator, and i can not enter the OKTA website. So maybe longer i suppose
 
The system will not process instant messaging. I just tried, and it came back with an automated messages that the system is over whelmed.

Yeah I found some broken links and bad pages as well. I still have some looking around to do but seems like this may be a work in progress. Hopefully they get all the issues resolved soon.

Difficulty in trying to set up an interfund transfer.
Looks like it was made by someone who has NO IDEA how and what users need.

Who the F gave them the design requirements? Who coded this?

The instant message function does not work.





I'm going to take a walk for a while and cool down.

Just now tried to establish my new account and after entering a new username and password I am locked out and cannot get it at all! What a shameful mess!
 
I was able to set up my account, but I see that it's not up to date:

So it seems to be a work in progress. I assume we will get an email from the TSP when they are more comfortable with telling everyone about the new website.
 
I've been TSP participant for 20 years, and I have used the same personal cell phone number on all account forms for 10 years. Tried to go through the "Setup New Login..." process this morning. First time, it said it could not verify my phone number, so I went down the "alternate" identification path. Got to where it wanted photos of my driver license. I guess I took too long snapping the photos, then editing them (cropping) and getting them transferred to my computer. By the time I tried to upload the first photo, the program had already timed out so I had to go back and start over. The second time through it still can't verify my phone number, then it locked up and told me to call the TSP number. Of course, no living human answers the fracking phone, no matter what option I choose.

What IDIOT decided this new website would be a "IMPROVEMENT" to the system???
 
So far I am not impressed with the roll out. It appears to have lost all history, at least temporarily ....in other words, you can't go back and check balance on a given date. The only date you can see a balance for (at present) is 26 May 22. Not sure why they would open it up before all functionality is in place. My account history shows the balance going from $0 to its current balance on 26 May 22....completely obliterating the last 13 years of account history. Hopefully this is just temporary...if not, that is pretty lame for a product that serves >4 million users. I will withhold my judgment a bit longer until they hopefully get the kinks worked out...
 
Confirmed there is an issue with IFT. Received the same response as someone else. At this point everyone has their moves available so I assume transfers are not part of what is working. I cancelled mine just in case it decides to make it tonight. Who knows.

FAIL: Tried 2x, loaded NC drivers license. My 15 year phone # did not work. The upload of ND drivers license just hung up. Cannot log in. No email response and cannot change password. Use to log in at least one time a week of not more. I am a computer engineer and will abide by the logo...nothing can mess things up like a computer....
 
The web site is a :(complete failure. It would not verify my cell phone, the same number I use for access to the old system for years. Uploaded my driver license which was rejected for being too blurry. Uploaded new photos which were accepted. Created new username and password. Tried logging in and was rejected with statement my new account was not created. Tried Chat help and was rejected for high volume (no surprise there with over 2 million users locked out).
 
just wait until people go without pricing information for weeks. When you go to enter pay information and cant determine the value of a share of the fund. Wow, this is gonna be a hoot
 
I tried to make an ITF, just to see if I could get to the right page (on mobile phone), and the link spun out. It would not open the interfund transfer web page.
The site is really dumbed down from the previous version, which may not have been user friendly to those logging on once a year, but was very easy for anyone with an occasional transaction. Not a fan of the new site. And yes, all history lost. Not ok.

Nothing like a few million people testing your program changes on the fly. They will be busy tonight. As a programmer for the IRS during my Fed days, I've been there, done that. :)
