I suppose they like to punish the well-educated TSP investor by taking away our ability to maximize profits and minimize losses. Douche Bags..... here's a snippet of their master plan:

"Chairman Saul asked what the Agency had done to educate
participants about the L Funds since sending an L Fund DVD to all participants in
2005. Mr. Long said that Ms. Moran has spent a good part of 2009 working on a
new DVD. Ms. Moran stated that the Agency will send the DVD to participants who
have not made a contribution allocation or interfund transfer (currently 300,000 to
400,000 participants). This will be an on-going effort and not just a one-time mailing.
Mr. Long noted that the DVD will work on a Sony PlayStation, which we hope will
make using it attractive to younger TSP participants. Its content (but not its
animation) will also be available on the web. Chairman Saul complimented Ms.
Moran on her outstanding continuing education program. Mr. Long added that we

A young TSP participant would think a youtube vid (viewable on their phone or laptop) is way "cooler" than a Playstation DVD... and at a fraction of the costs. Thanks for wasting my money on a dumb idea TSP Board.

And yes, I need golf now before I "Elin" them on a golf-cart dive-by (THIS IS A JOKE).

It is puzzling how a small bit of bad news or a misplaced word or comment can cause the market to ignore all the good information present and head right for the toilet. :blink:

He needs to be more than (off)someone needs to step forward and ask the Justice Department and the FBI to bring charges against him and all the others and that he resign or we the citizens demand that he be physically removed from office, I can think of a few more that the same applies.:notrust:

I have to be honest and say that I do not have any kind of system for getting in or out of the market. I play my gut and watch what smarter people than me are doing or saying. I sort of understand the charts but almost none of the lingo. Those on this MB that spend considerable time with charts and systems, I really do appreciate the time and effort to try and explain what the market is doing and where it is going. But honest folks how do you explain the last three days of trading????? Light volume all week. More good news than bad but the market does a slow spiral down Tuesday and Wednesday and today in anticipation of maybe bad job numbers tomorrow the market ramps up. I'm confused.:nuts: I will say that I have been more lucky than good this week. But then again tomorrow isn't over and anything can happen.:suspicious: Good luck all we may need it.:blink:

Yesterday's finish was a surprise. Strong start so far this morning, S&P 500 at 1133 so far. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

My wife E-Mailed this to me yesterday. It has been making the circuit since February 1st, best I can tell. I haven't verified it's source but found it interesting none the less. Take it for what it is worth. I do not use Citgo anyway.

WOW!!! What a finish and with very little volume. That's scary.
Everybody talking 1150. Right now if we can stay in the positive range Monday I am all in the G fund COB Monday. I wish we could make our mind up by 3:30 EST instead of noon, dang it. It just feels like a BIG fall is coming soon and if I goof and the market keeps going up that is OK because I have reach a partial milestone. I will be satisified to sit in G for awhile. Later folks.
