No technology. Just real music back in the old pole barn workshop.
If I'm lucky, maybe I'll end up in a group like this some day. That would be awesome.
Please Welcome....... The Possum Scratchers
:arms::arms::arms:

I was going to put this in "Cool Vids", but since it's music related....... I just thought this was a very cool moment.
He's genuinely concerned and speaks to her in a very soft and caring manner until he knows that she's okay and understands.

Music is the great unifier. It doesn’t matter which country you’re in, what language is being spoken, your politics, your background, etc..... It brings us ALL together, and the fans just magically seem to get it.

Years ago I was looking up "bulls on parade" and ran across this band doing a kinda cool mash-up (live).
I still don't know much about them. Singer and harmonica dude are brother and sister. They do more like big band stuff with some reggae thrown in along with a southern soul classic style. Not so much the "heavy" stuff.
She got married and had a kid, so I don't know if they've done anything new as of late. The band has a horn section, which I like. Different. The brother is pretty good, and she can sing her ass off with some of the more bluesy stuff they do. Here's just a couple you might like. They're both pretty old.....
Look up: Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds

Happy Friday!

A cool version of the Beatles' song, And you Bird Can Sing.

Impressive guitar playing from Josh Turner.

I honestly had no idea. Boy, do I feel dumb..... :embarrest: X 10000000 = me.
I'm gonna go hide my face for a while.
:Flush: I am not worthy.....
I've seen them live quite a number of times during their career, and they've never done not one cover in any their sets. I guess I was just really surprised.

Saw this story this morning. Check it out >>>> Combat vet '''Crazy Ed''' takes down lurking thief in video days after saving a life | Fox News
Military vet (he served 10 years and was deployed six times) 'Crazy Ed' takes down would-be thief on video days after saving man's life
Josh 'Crazy Ed' Edwards, tour manager for band HED P.E., saved man's life from car crash and took down lurking criminal in three-day span.

I remember these guys from back in the day. Kind of a Skater/Stoner Band. They were good, but I lost track of them. Glad to see they're still out there.

Here's one of the songs I remember. Old school with a nice groove. Blackout . . . "I Wanna Know Now, Where Do I Fit In" ( I think we all feel like that at some point )
