so what is the code mailfolks use to signal to each other? you know, like when you want to send a package half a world away but don't want some greedy delivery person to steal the victoria's secret undergarments or whiskey and chocolate valentine or fwm spliffs you're sending? and don't lie to me, i know it happens.

is it a mark in the corner? or the way you clear tape over the return address? or maybe the handwritten font address line? a minimal dent in the port side wall?

what is the unobservable to normal eyes indicator that lets other grifters know hands off? how do insiders secure safe passage? and even more important, what is it that tips off the recieving postmistress to give that all-knowing sly nod and wink before before handing over the fetish gift package?

this has been bugging me for a while now.

my dad and I hit the links today...we teed off on 2nd hole to get ahead of outing going off...I turned at -4 and on 16, a par 3, I stood at -7...155 yard island green...downwind right to left wind...debating between 9iron & 8iron...well I go with a choke 8iron and turn it over a bit, it rides the wind and flies over the green into the agua... would have had 20 feet for birdie if I had hit the damn 9iron...I make double, then birdie 17 and 18 to get back to -7 with one hole to go...I knew the course record was -9 shot by my good friend...I was so disgusted we didn't bother to play the first hole...would have had to ace the 355 yard hole into wind to get course record.......2027...here I come senior tour...kindasorta serious.......this is the course I grew up on and have played it at least a thousand times...6,200 yards par 71, but tight like bowling alley

i believe it, all of it, right up to the tight as a bowling alley part.

i've spent a lot of time in bowling alleys, i can kick almost anybody's butt at pool, darts, pinball, even asteroids and missile command. but i've never found one thing in a bowling alley that is tight.

...I have emerged a new man, reborn, some would say...isolation is a terrible thing, if you let it be...like snakes in a panic I was shaking for the first few hours...hallucinations then set in...visions of such grandeur I had never experienced before overtook my consciousness...so overwhelmed I lost comprehension of what was real...my own two hands I could not recognize...hard times I have weathered...I had come to the crossroads...which path should be chosen...despair began to set in until there in the far off distance something, no not something, someone, of gigantic stature picked me up like a heron scoops up his prey...hardly recognizing the massive orb that was cradling me......within the speed of sound, a four legged magnificent creature had taken me to shore...gently placed was i to the sandy surface like a mamma bird feeding her little ones...no sooner than he arrived, he was off...picking my head up, I gazed in the only direction I could, straight ahead...like an arrow into the eye was I...what happened next I cannot exactly explain...a booming and thunderous sound engulfed me, violently it shook and pummeled all the trees until one lone firmly planted tree, whose roots had no end, stood...

My good friends...exhilaration has twisted into exhaustion...leave me be for now, for I will regain the strength and courage to pass onto you the sage words that shook me to the core changing forever my every next step, and soon yours, i must go now, but will return

Hi Rcknfrewld.. I love what you say. The twist of your words moving quickly like a raging river in new and different directions.. so poetic, beautiful, and unexpected...yet not surprising only because the words come from you! :)

So you were isolated, hallucinating, exhilarated and then exhausted. Wow.. I'd be ready for bed too! ;) Or was it all just a dream? You really should write novels.
 
after no consideration at all I decided to jump into the 2050 fund last week after a short term play on the F fund...I am taking a page from George Constanza...i strongly feel we have a meltdown on our hands here but I am now implementing the Autumn of rcknfrewld doctrine...I will do the opposite of what I think i should do...it has worked swimmingly in my personal life so far...the circle must be unbroken...it worked out for George, didn't it
 
...overriding the Costanza Theoreum is the fact that the powers that be will not let the stock market decline under Obama..."they" have exhausted all avenues and will continue to artificially inflate the markets until 2016...corrections will happen but no collapses..."they" cannot have Obama's reign be viewed as a failure, especially financially...under democratic regimes stock markets have heavily outperformed republican rule...I'm in til Nov. 2016...then out til 2020 when Rand Paul has been thoroughly demonized and ridiculed enough to usher in Hillary in an attempt to outhistoricalize Obama by being the first lesbian president(she will come out in 2015...mark my words)...then i will IFT to the 2060 fund at $10.00 a share
 
I do believe you are correct about Hillary being lesbian - I've thought that for many years. She reminds me of Billy Jean.
 
When it comes to equity investing, you buy the future. Markets that rally 150 percent come along once in a generation and this one is no where over yet.
 
I'm putting my vote in for banning political posts, occasional button pushing and rib poking I love, but it seems that half of the posts are political...I find myself visiting tsptalk less often because there is no market talk anymore...I say get rid of the *threads and let people rant and rave about how Obama sucks or is awesome on their own account threads...we will know which account threads to visit or to avoid...maybe just allow *threads during the calendar election year...I like allowing people to use their own account thread as they see fit to...I guess you would have the same amount of political garb but somehow that seems better...how about taking a poll just for gits and shiggles
