I like this board. We now have people sharing their moves one week in advance. Some are explaining how to get the most out of an FV with the I fund and predicting how much it will pay out. Some have a good track records with the G fund. We are seeing charts, economic calendars, oil out look, and market outlook.

But the best i've seen is the sincere way of people showing that they want to take the rest of us with them to the top and are helping us manage our TSP. Yup, we have competitions on a monthly basis but I see it as more of a collaboration really. Thanks for everyone sharing their expertise. This is definitely better than what we are getting from the TSP site...

Thanks Ebb, I like the soap opera here. Trust me, it had gotten much much better than last year. This year, people are more courteous even when they are attacking someone.

I was supposed to move to the I fund yesterday but I don't why didn't I do it while i was awake. Never did woke up before 2 am here (1200 est) so i'm stuck with the S fund for another day before I go back to g for that .01 penny that i love. I had been soul searching after what desperado and azanon had written in one of the thread. I plan on going 20c30s50i right after that pullback that Tom is predicting (which i think is going to come) and will stay there until 30 April. I also plan on changing my monthly allotment to match my allocation.

By this time, i would have 2 years of data for myself. Last year, I made 7.99% and this year, i'm somewhere in the middle of the pack. I am going to try to change my tactic and be in 100% in stox for the Nov-Apr timeframe. For May-Oct, i plan on playing only 50% in stocks with allocation of 50g10c15s25i once i see an entry point.

I wish I have the same timezone like everybody else but this is the price i had to pay for living in an island paradise. Good luck to everyone...

Just checked my TSP account and saw that I still have a 100i pending interfund transfer. This means that my move to 100i didn't happen and I am still 100s.

However, for tracking purposes, I am now 100i. Waiting for that pullback before i go long on my 6 months in stox. This is a just a test i'm doing for myself. I just hate to lose 2-3% of my gains before I go long since it took almost 5 months to get back what I lost from the May pullback.

I think we'll be seeing 12000 DOW tomorrow. Then there will be a celebration for a day or two and everyone will be jumping in to ride the wave. Then that is when the pullback will creep in. Ouch.... Just jumped in to 100i.

If there is a pullback and i'm not on the board, it is probably because i'm sleeping (2am here is 1200 est there). Can somebody please wake me up? I'm listed in the Guam phone directory.

Weatherweenie, Thanks for trying but just like what Pill said, I was in dreamland. I dreamt that I hit the lotto and I can just forget about managing my TSP account.

Tom, I was wondering if you can talk to your programmer to put a little BUZZ icon in here just like in Yahoo Messenger. This way, people can buzz me before 1200 est. Just wishful thinking.

Will set up alarm at 1:30 am... If stox prognosis is not well, i'm bailing to G. Lost over 6% during the drop on May for hanging out too long...

Went 100g. I figure that if there is a pullback even if it just a small one, i'd rather be starting off at the g fund. I am very trigger happy nowadays since i've experienced that last pullback last May.

Come Nov though, i'll lock myself in for six months. Hope the pullback takes place before then... We'll see....

Is Google's earning being presented tonight? I hope they are on the green. Jobless and Philadelphia survey is also out tomorrow. We'll see....

I don't know about Friday, but I'd be real wary of Monday. Heard about dirty bombs being planted at seven different NFL stadiums on Sunday. Rumor or not, I'm out!

I was hoping for that. I believe they bought a company a couple of weeks ago which might fuel the rise in earnings for them. I'm hoping that they can help the c&s for tomorrow.

Ebb, where did you read about the bombs in NFL stadium? People's nerves are so edgy due to the impending pullback that this might start something...
