This morning its showing me that the Nikkei is -13.79, Dollar -.07 compared to a basket of other currencies and that oil is up $.51. This is in conflict from what other people are reporting. Where are some good sites that provide a snapshot view of what the international markets are doing? I'm not sure I'm getting the best info?
You can try Bloomberg.com (Stocks, Market Data, Indices, Futures). Also a very good site is Yahoo.com (Finance). Both are free of charge, although they also have a pay alternative. Good Luck!Brett said:To see what's going on internationally, I go to Kitco.com/market. tspgo_com said:I have compiled in one page (from yahoo) most of the world market indices and currencies that affect the I-Fund. Go to www.tspgo.com. Click on "World Market" on the left menu. It gives you a graphic quick view of what is going on in the foreign markets. (http://www.tspgo.com/tspgoframes.htm). The link is at the bottom of the menu.
Good luck to all!

Since noon, the stock prices in the EAFE index have been written into stone since foreign markets are all closed. Also since noon, the dollar has remained down and has even lost a little more. For EFA to be nosediving, someone is selling big time. WHO?? WHY??
