Playing the I fund

Wonder how the C & S Funds will perform today.......

The C and S funds more closely mirror the S&P500 Index and the Dow Jones Wilshire 4500 completion indexes. In StockCharts.com the market symbols are SPX, and EMW, respectively. At 3:34 P.M., the SPX is at 1254.09 (+1.13%), and the EMW is at 554.35 (+1.63%), respectively.

I hope not. I (and many others here) moved into the I fund for tomorrow. Any FV for today will have to come off of tomorrow's price.

That move in the dollar did not happen after the foreign markets closed so it is already factored into the MSCI quote. If there is an FV it won't be because of the dollar.

I'd be careful of that C fund - it has a trap door. Be sure you have the requisite stamina to ride the long shut in the dark. But we do have plenty of seats availabe at discount pricing for the benefit of your portfolio.

I wouldn't say I have it all figured out, but I have been studying it for quite a while. If they FV tonight it will be because of the disparity between the C/S and the I, but I am betting (hoping) they won't.

Because I only have 30% in the I fund today. Tomorrow I'll have 100%. If they pay extra today they will have to take it back tomorrow. Remember these FV's have to be corrected within a day or two.
