Playing the I fund

This looks like a good day to jump on the I-fund. The USM could lead the OSM positive for tommorrow. I'm leaning toward following Griffin's lead and jumping 100% I for tommorrow. I'll wait for a few more minutes to decide.

... the -.66% would leave the I fund closing price at $20.97... a few cents below the 20 day MA... there is a support trendline that can be drawn back to May 9th ($20.95). For the past few days, the I fund has broken below the rising wedge pattern it held for several months. Either the support line holds or the next support could be the 50 day MA at around $20.53. Risky but probable to buy into the I fund today. Thoughts?

Also, Williams %R(10) is oversold and below -80 for the EAFE.

Agreed...it is a high risk move. I'm hoping that a rising dollar may hold off a +FV but there is no way to be sure.

I don't understand the concern about a +FV. OSm all close just BEFORE the noon deadline. Any FV is based only on what happens after that point. Are you concerned that a major recovery in USM this afternoon will trigger it?

... probably worth the risk if your account is already sitting on good gains. If today's I fund buy proves to be a good move, there could be a similar move in the making in the Sfund in the near future... that is, breakout support on what once was strong resistance levels. But the potential FV has me thinking asset allocation versus 100% I, especially if other strong buying ops present themselves in the near future.

Momentum carring into the afternoon.

See, I probably jumped in too soon. If I had only waited until today to get back in. You can include me in the group of people to not follow. You'll returns will do great if you do opposite of me! :)

Wow, a lot of you guys are chasing the "I" today-

You got guts, kids.

You could be right- and if so, then you'll get a good payoff.

but it's just Too rich for my blood, though.
