Playing the I fund

The F-train beats every mode of transport today! :D

Congrats. The F#@$ fund is the only fund that I have a net loss in this year. I got burnt last week on that politically driven job report/revisions. I never expect a revision from 50K to 135k:mad: .

See a lot of people jumping to the I fund today. I agree that foreign markets may go up early next week, but I also think the dollar has a chance to go up the next couple of days also. Of course, it may not either but I'm leaning towards up. The dollar hasn't been this low since August.

Well, I think next week's PPI/CPI and the Fed minutes will be bearish on the dollar. What are you thoughts on ppi/cpi?

Edited to change my comments about any FV yesterday. I'm not showing it.

I show the I fund did a .03 FV yesterday which they took back today.

Edited to change my comments about .15 cents yesterday (if anyone read that before I removed it.)

There was no FV yesterday, or the day before, or any day this week. The I fund has been priced correctly for the last week and a half. The last FV came on 11/1/06. I know because I got screwed that day.

Yes, I was editing my post with the correction apparently at the same time you posted. Apologies for any confusion. No FV yesterday or today.

Show --

But the USD is declining against both the YEN and the EURO. It's still early in the day and week. Moreover, Spaf reported Green Tea Leaves in the TSP Kingdom!
