Jkenjohnson's Account Talk

Man, talk about "in it for the long haul". Congrats on doing so well this month. aint gonna lie, I'm hoping for a decent correction. Hoping you'll get out just before it happens!

Thanks. I need all the money I can get, before Congress takes it from me.

My monies on Birch Tree being one of them.

BTW the S is actually up pretty good and the I is holding on due to the dollar. One of the reasons I was convinced into a full blown sell. No disrespect to your signal but I took a bit off the table today.

That was probably a smart thing to do. I think we are in for a correction, but everytime I say that, the market keeps going up.

You are on a roll! Now if you can get 8% out of each month you will have a 96% return!

Me, I'm hoping for a more modest 20% (double last year).:D

Re: Signal

Will somebody please tell me who the BIG 4 are that are running the country?

The Big Four are the four largest international professional services networks in accountanct. They are not single firms rather accounting networks. They are:
PwC, Revenues $29.2bn, UK
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, $28.8bn, USA
Ernst & Young, $22.9bn, UK
KPMG, $22.7bn Netherlands

Sometimes called Final Four because they are so large no can compete or Gov’t will not allow further consolidation.
The Big Five became the Big Four after the demise of Arthur Andersen in 2002, following its involvement in the Enron scandal.

I look so smart because of Wikipedia .

I don't understand why someone would say they are running the USA? I think he must of meant some other Big 4.

Re: Signal

According to the source, the Big 4 are JP Morgan, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. This person said that the FED is owned by these four (not by the US Government as we have been led to believe) and they decide when to print money. Hence, they control the economy in the US. For the sake of privacy I will not mention the name of this person.
