Use the or JK ( Just Kidding ) afterword. There maybe a little prase. A little or even touch the little star under his post to give him rep for providing a free system. He explained before how he used his system out side the TSP and it's not directly designed for the two IFT limit we have to follow. His tracker returns reflect what you get with the IFT limit that doesn't let you follow the system after you had two already. Were evaluating for the year as he said he would follow it as much as TSP would allow. It's one more tool we can use for educmacaded guesses. You should continue to posts. We all have something to contribute.

I don't get this one either and I'm from the South. A turtle scratch away may mean that he is close by and easily available. Just a guess though. Southerners have their own sayings and I hear new ones everyday. This past summer it was "hotter than a fox, in a box, in a forest fire".

LOL I think you need to add commas to help it make sense. I read it that way the first time too. I was like what is a "turtle scratch"? Perhaps this helps:

Oh NO, the Punctuation Police strike again! I usually have the tendency to overuse commas, and I learned in college that when in doubt of when to use a comma, DON"T USE IT. I'm a turtle, scratch away, it, doesn't bother, me.:laugh:

I just realized that the S fund is positive right now - I would have thought the opposite with the Dow being down 80+ points. So I probably won't get a sell signal and won't have to fight WorkFE.
