If you don't already have Adobe Reader on your PC, you should be prompted to download it when you click on the Tally.

Okay, I did some detective work and solved the mystery. Faustus goes under the name Dr. Faustus. That's real confusing, so can we do something about changing the name Faustus to Dr. Faustus on the tally!
