no way, that is an original, great numbers too. it's like eauth, once you get a username it's your's forever, can't get any change, no matter how much your current agency would prefer. big signal if you're running a netmeeting and have to login somewhere for example.

form # is AD-7024, i believe. it can be done.

yeah, in the case of duplicates the original cardholder gets to keep the number. i think all the mods got 1101-06. so probably anything new this year is a duplicate. i'll get around to fixing at some point.

for right now, all cards continue to not work just like they always have, no matter the number.
