In Honor of Nnuut's B-day, we are calling a short CEASE FIRE- TIME OUT on all the political threads for the afternoon.

That's right- the mods have all talked, and decided to lock up the really contentious threads for just a short time, and instead, let's have a little stand-down and enjoy a party.

Instead of politics, JUST FOR A SHORT TIME, will be hosting a party here in the Lounge.

The only two rules are these:

1. No discussion of politics, health care, etc.

2. Have a good time.

Your normal programming will resume later this evening, after we've had a while to celebrate and enjoy each other's company. Simply follow rule 1 and 2, and other than that, have fun.

It's absolutely beautiful in the land of fruits and nuts - and, I am rescuing an absolutely cute Chow/Border Collie mix. Hope he is good with cats:nuts:. I absolutely dote on my Muggle - and, she is my best market timer.

However, this year BT's cat is performing better. Muggle better shape up or I am shipping her out - Gordon Gekko Style...

I actually prefer dark beer.

Things were getting a bit tense there. But I think we can all get along in spite of our differences. But just in case someone needs help getting into the spirit, I brought back-up. :nuts:
