At a glance - the charts on the bottom of the page are amazingly stable.
C and S - have some mild consolidation
I - is maintaining good strength
F - is essentially unchanged
In light of the past 6 - 7 weeks THINGS CONTINUE TO LOOK EXCELLENT.
The RAPID and Hopeless SELL OFF that dominated 1/09 to 3/09 has clearly shifted and even if we have CONSOLIDATION of the SPX to 775 - it is simply consolidation of the upward moving Bull.

WOW - The lack of Posts is pretty disturbing
I would have to think it's the frustation of these dad-blasted Markets continuing to defy every chart and 'sound minded' prediction that 98% continue to hold too.
I know it makes no sense - there appears to nothing underlying the support pushing and sustaining this - and where is that 'BIG Correction'
It may be the Bullish Statements have been too strong - and most are leary about acknowledging their persisting BEARISH STANCE.
Here I would say - PLEASE don't let this current period of 'uncertainty' dampen your interactions.
It's probably the fact that LADY disappeared - and we are more going through withdrawal - and I have no idea when she was getting the 6 hour MRI but decided today I'd try to focus more on keeping her in my prayers.
TODAY has been my busiest day in months so I've miserably failed in doing what I'd hoped.

For the BEAR HEARTED - Hold on my friends and don't let days like today discourage you. Stay in F or G - and know your day is coming and in the end you can laugh at all who bought into the belief a 'real BULL Market' took over.
Scan the posts and you will find plenty of support - this is indeed a BEAR MARKET - and as such all these gains will disappear.
For the BULL HEARTED - Is it not amazing how quickly things changed; especially when the underlying Fundamentals appeared to get even worse. The further UP we go - the less likely NEW LOWS will be obtained and all the more you can be content no matter how great future consolidations (or retractions) may be THAT YOU ARE IN TO WIN.
Be at PEACE - but be sensitive to the overwhelming crowd that refuses to be Bull Hearted.
For those WHO COULD CARE LESS - May you have the deepest and richest Blessings my brothers and sisters for in your heart you know the Markets went low enough to BUY and STAY IN. If we go back down to previous LOWS - so what - we will simply DCA and remain ahead of the game by never missing the climb back up. If we continue to go up - all the more it is not a matter we have to contend with on a day by day basis. For we know that Nothing is certain - no one knows for sure where 'RESISTENCE POINTS ARE' as the Markets will break through either direction and run it's course.
But you are forever at PEACE - because you honestly don't care.
Have a GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE !!

The markets are back to about where they are when I ran to the G... think the Bulls can bust out this afternoon or is the market going to reverse todays gains after the 2pm news flash? I think this might be another case of buy the rumor and sell the news! But if I'm wrong, congrats to all those bull hearted that have stayed in!

He is not simply one of my favorites..
HE IS SUPREME - AND NO ONE COMES BEFORE HIM
HE IS MY NUMBER ONE (FINANCIALLY) AND I TRUST IN HIM FULLY
HE IS WHO MADE ME THE BULL AND THE KEY BEHIND MY LARGER INVESTMENTS.
So thanks again - my friend (and brother) - always like to keep up with him.

I'm STUCK in G Fund - so of course I would hope for the largest retracement possible right about 5/1.
I honestly think the Chart Readers - and the Moving Average Individuals - and all the others who look at this and that to tell us when the 'BIG RETRACEMENT' is coming are making a huge mistake.
Over the past few years - we were forced to consider the 'Brief Moments' to jump in and out - if we were to have any chance of obtaining GAINS.
I don't see that now. I believe we honestly hit the REAL LOW (mainly based on Adam Hamilton) and therefore WE ARE IN A BULL MARKET. For me that means GOING IN - AND STAYING IN.
Those who continue to be BEAR MINDED - and all the more those who continue to be LOCKED IN to the 'here and now' and 'what will happen next week' - will largely miss out.
At this point I no longer think of 'sell the news' - SORRY :embarrest: But I'm probably the most boring guy on the MB.
If things go down I see it only as consolidation for things to continue moving up. I whole heartedly believe we are fully in a BULL MARKET that will last over the years.Last edited:

It's more like - we could only go SO LOW before the value of Stocks could not sink any further.
Therefore the condition of 'the Banks' - 'the continual loss of jobs' - 'the rise of foreclosures' - 'and the bankrupsy of any of the big 3' are all meaningless and insignificant.
The Bottonline is - once Stocks have hit their lowest possible point they can only go back up. That should be our primary focus and if that is our primary focus then it's IMPOSSIBLE to ignore the unbelievable Prices that remain currently available.

We are looking at a classic market cycle. The lingering fear and pessimism from last year's abnormal market plunge put most investors in a state of catalepsy that persists even now. Cool Hand would scold me for not showing mercy when the retail investor cut their cords. The financial markets always rally dramatically following any true bottom, so that those who panicked on the way down are punished rather than rewarded. The arena is a tough place to survive.I agree...commodities will keep rising due to world demand in developing countries. That's why China is very smart in buying up mines and mining contracts around the world while the U.S. is constantly bickering about exhanced interrogations, torture, just after 911. We keep bickering and China keeps moving on with business for the future!

'INALIENABLE RIGHTS'
My brothers and sisters - friends and (those who don't have pleasant feelings towards me)
First, and foremost I believe in the 'Inalienable Rights' of all people regardless of race, gender, or nationality. I wholeheartedly believe that Torturing others is wrong no matter who is involved. I believe words like 'enhanced interrogations' are equally wrong because such expressions are designed to make something that is funamentally terrible - sound OK.
I believe it is wrong to make 'LEGAL' sex on demand to women; as this is just a further diminishing of their sacred wiring and the ulta sacred characteristics by which they were brought into being. Nor do I believe they should be forced to be covered from head to toe, not allowing to have an education, and not allowed to leave their home or go anywhere without permission....
I am also against Child Slavery and the numerous other common events that are part of everyday life upon on Earth.
