Steadygain's Account Talk

This sums it up............My favorite rendition..
Buster,

THAT really sums it up! What a wonderful music and lyrics to wake up to on Sunday morning. In fact, together with YESTERDAY, one of my all time favorites!

Thank you, and also for prompting us to post a message to Steady. I will do it today.

Happy Sunday!

If Steady goes, I go...simple as that

Alright, try and not to clap too loud

Hi Steady:

I don't think any of us have "really" bailed out (well maybe a few...but they had problems with the MB). I think we do take sabaticals from time to time...but then, it's always good to get away from the family once in a while.:D:D:D

So take a break if you want brother...and remember there is an old ancient Chinese peice of wisdom....whenever the Zen master was asked about any situaton, his standard answer was "This too shall pass". This is all part of nature. We friendsjust need to enjoy each other company and stick together. We have a wonderful forum and you my friend are a very important part of the MB.

All the best,

FS

I rarely ever post (fear of leading someone off a cliff); but I used to PM Griffin on occasion and enjoyed his insights on the market. I know the board misses his presence as it will miss yours; come and go as you wish, but know that you are a valued member of the site.

Steady,

Please take this straight to your heart cause it comes from mine. If you leave you will be missed. As I, have not imparted an ounce of wisdom that I can think of on this MB. You my friend, are a true fountain of knowledge and wisdom. Right is right, wrong is wrong. Without you here we are not "right".

Since you stated you took Griff's example, I hope you just needed a break! Griff will be back and so will you, and the confetti and profits will spill all over the boards!

Until we meet again!

Your faithful TSPTalk MB Friend!

Frixxxx

Everyones thoughts so eliquently demonstrated within this thread,
truly honors this most respected member. I have little doubt that
Steady's priorities are in proper order and will blush upon reading
all of your heart felt sentiments. Steady loves this Message Board
and many of the members within. I am certain, his path will bring
him back to bless us, yet again, with the gift he so easily shares
with each and every one of us. Until that time comes, let us honor
his decision by treating one another as he would treat us. When
the time is right, I'm sure we'll be breaking out the Champagne and
Hendrixx Albums in celebration of his awaited return. God Speed !
:)

I hate it when people leave! It leaves a big hole in my heart!!!!!

I'm sad :(

GGal,

Please don't be sad, I don't believe Steady is gone for good. All we can do is hope that when he is ready he will be back to share of his wisdom, knowledge and wit, with his MB family:).

Good to hear from you again, drop me a line sometime and don't be a stranger ok?

Good luck,

CorMaGa34:cool:

My dear wonderful friends and family,
I've only got a few minutes to respond - but I am totally blown away by the wonderful bonds that have transpired over time. Of course I feel them constantly (but had no idea they went so much towards me) and I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you!!

I've got 30 hours of Continuing Medical Education I need to complete by the end of this month. My father in law broke his leg recently so they need me to do everything for them. Work is stretched to the limits and honestly I only have time for so much. So please know that I really do not have time for the MB for the rest of June and in early July will be gone for a few weeks. But I love you all, I REALLY DO, and I'll be back after a little break.

Take care everyone - and GL to all.

Well, I'll second that.

I haven't been around much lately, Steady, but you're still the only man I ever loved.

Take care. I check in periodically.

Gail

Well, Steady, you should run for something, a political post or whatever you want! You can really make people show up from nowhere to show their support and love for you!

Gail, so good to hear from you again, drop us a line every once in a while, don't be a stranger. I missed you too, really.

never let the spirit of hendrix go if i could bend them strings good enough to really enjoy what comes out of my guitar i would be there with ya love his version of the STAR SPANGLE BANNER no one can touch Jimmie, of course i would be pumping some Led Zeppelin out along with it a great get away from today's crazy world ,me i cant get enough of grinding them gears i cant think of any hobby that i would enjoy as much as the need for speed rock on my brother:D

The general mood was sinking as the Markets continued their downward fall. Jimi felt they needed something to pick them up.

On stage was a Grand Piano - which seemed out of place for the greatest guitarist to ever live. He walked out and announced "I'm dedicating this song to the S Fund" then sat on the bench to play:

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her - now go and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better

And anytime you feel the pain
Hey Jude refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
And don't you know that it's just you
Hey Jude you'll do
The movement you need is coming over

I've found if you sing this song and really let it fly - play the piano and hear the notes and sing it from your heart - stretch out those words and really sing - then everything is cool and nothing else matters.
Have a Great Weekend !!!

Big Brother, Hey Jude was such a long song. I loved the sing-a-long part.
But by the time it was over, naaaa-naaaa-naaaa,,,,,etc. I wanted to split
my head open with a anvil and go postal (sorry u guys) on the radio station.

SB, (little brother)
There are 2 primay vibes we can send - and many days the POSITVE ones are desperately needed and desired. For many on the MB, and especially the way the past few weeks have been, my previous post would have done the trick.

Now your comment here is very sincere - and you have a good heart my friend - but your vibes are misplaced due to a lack of understanding. Julian (Jude) Lennon (John Lennon's son) was going through a very difficult and uncertain time. Paul (with the heart and mindset of Luv2Read) wrote him this song to say "Life goe on"! So the words "Hey Jude" were meant to convey something very special to him which is why he stretched the song out as he did.

For you and I - it seemed to go on and on - and our lack of understanding made it close to torture - but in all truthfulness it was really beautiful and very loving - the ultimate expression of comfort and support.

So for those need it go back to my last post and lose yourself in this song and undoubtedly you will be happy.

One of the Financial Groups I most heavily lean on and listen to with great expectation said "BUY S&P 500" over the weekend. So I am very optamistic about the future.
