Squalebear's Account Talk

Signing this bailout bill is like negotiating and signing loan paprework for a new car with a crying hungry baby in the room at 9pm.

Duty calls and I want to add a final word or two. I believe that Congress
will pass a revised version of the Bernake/Paulson proposal. Because of
the changes which might occur (150Billion at a time) could extend the
time to a small degree. With that said, I'm thinking the decision will come
by this weekend; Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I believe the market will
take the news as a positive and you'll see a sizable move upward in one
or two days. After that, I haven't a clue. May those who have disappointed
so often, finally get something right for our childrens sake. ;)

I've been in that very situation and almost walked out with a minivan. How true how true...:suspicious:

I agree with THAT SB!!! They have to do something, after that I expect to see some heads roll, but as usual there will be many scapegoats getting the shaft and the real culprits that will slide down to the Bahamas. ASSHOLES, CROOKS need to be in jail!! crookjail.gif In fact they are probably there now. mus067.gif

That's great!!! I did!
Oh... those were tough times.

Come on Boys, Never ! And I mean Never ! Admit to owning a MiniVan
Its like me saying I was a 1960's San Francisco Flower Child, there are
certain things we just shouldn't share ! Anyway, I was on the East
Coast ,,, Peace, Love and Hapiness !:toung:

They certainly wouldn't be the first
"Ex-Rich, Current Idiots" I'd have to
give a shower to, in the hooscow ! :toung:

How about a good old fashioned public stoning instead? Put all them banking and lending crooks on the field in a football stadium, and charge for admission, 5 gallon bucket of rocks, popcorn, peanuts, souvenirs, etc.

Oh, is *that* how we are going to raise the funds for the bailout?:D

Dude. I own a minivan. I'm not proud of it and I definitly don't drive it to work. The older I get, the less I want to be seen it it. I have dreams of owning a manly jeep and driving down the road with the top off, wind running though my thinning hair... . :(

I was on the mini-van brink almost a year ago; had the mini-van dealer given me another $500 for my old SUV I would've caved. The heaven's parted and I now own a monsterous SUV...and I don't mind the low mileage or the cost to fill up. I think we are genetically programed against anything that starts out with "mini".

You see, Size does matter !

Well we can't call it a Maxyvan either. Because if you ever slept in your van, it could be called a Maxypad

Dude, your so right ! Its a CUSTOMIZED CONVERSION VAN !
Fur covered Water Bed, Mirrors on the ceiling and Air Brushed
Exterior. Don't forget the Custom Rims and wide tires. After
all, the chics wouldn't go in it, if it didn't look good from the
outside. Wow, de ja vue !

Here we are again, in the "Black" not seen too often area of the O/D
Tracker. Should this continue, I'll need to adjust the Tracker to reflect
"Its Goal Is Met" within the black. We are once again at the threshhold
of a Reversal to the Deficit side. But you know what happend last time.
Thats right, straight up to the Red. Its wait and see again !:)
