Bradley Smokers look so COOL and probably do a really good job the easy way, some use wood pellets, I'm Old School and use Charcoal and chips or chunks, they are HIGH DOLLAR but I'd love to have one myself.Hey Nnuut,
I'm going to be getting a Bradley smoker soon. I've never owned a smoker before. Can you provide me with a recommendation on what woods are good with what meats? Also, do you have any rub recipes you'd be willing to share for ribs, pork shoulder, brisket, etc...? Thanks for any help you can give a noob.
have to try sometimeOH YEAH! That sounds GOOD.
To tell the truth I don't think I ever tasted a BAD Smoked Butt:laugh::laugh:, have cooked them with just salt and pepper and they were good!
