NEW WEBSITE IS NOW ACTIVE- SIGN UP NOW.

Finally got in - Instead of snail mail, clicked the other option, when it wouldn't take my phone, used option to provide more information (pretty easy), Used a NEW used id (I had been trying to reuse my old user id, this time the system continued, let me verify through text (sms) message, set security questions (it has an eight character minimum which is stupid - for example: Where did you meet your significant other? normally I would answer with a city name, but in this case, I had to add a country to the answer) - took snapshot of questions so I can remember (really not helpful if you consider security ) Walked around system - glad I had downloaded all of my statements since they decided nobody really wanted them (unless you want to request they be mailed) - not sure what kind of sense that made when they migrated the system.

Interfund Transfer function still unavailable for my account. I just checked. Still getting 'The information that usually appears here is currently unavailable'.
It's been 11 days since the conversion. I wish they would at least provide us with updates as to when the full services will be restored. That would save me a phone call and time.

Have you tried on more than one device? It seems odd that some accounts can make transfers and others can't. It seems more likely a technical issue, but I'm guessing.

What device and browser did you use to get in? I’ve tried everything. Still connection failure.

I used Edge this time - really think it was me changing my user id that did the trick. It has become clear that some of the old info was ported over in TSP and I think trying to reuse a user id caused my issues, but no way to confirm (since we can't talk to anybody on the phone)

Ditto! I was able to establish my account Friday afternoon using a newly created userid and password. Once in though, I hated the new look.

So far I've tried Chrome and Edge on Windows computer, and Fire tablet.
Fail on all. Same message appears from TSP "The information that usually appears here is currently unavailable" upon clicking "get started" for IFT.
I really don't want to download the app on my iphone. Can't see well on small screens.

I have three choices.
-Try iphone app.
-Call TSP and waste (?) hours of my life
-Ignore the problem for now and go on with my life. Check back next month.

I still have not made an IFT but when I click "get started", this is what I see:

It's a pop up box so I wonder if it has to do with your browser's pop up settings?

I click 'get started'
The same pop up box appears
I click 'continue'
then I get this.

Try your phone browser. I had multiple issues with Chrome/Edge on my PC and was directed to try on my phone browser. Worked the first time. Dont try logging in through the TSP app. I think you will have the same problems.

Hopeful and with my fingers crossed, I tried on Safari. (but not the app yet).
Nope, exact same problem. Same message.
I'm pretty sure this is something TSP folks have to fix. I'm in the batch of participants whom they forgot or bypassed to add ability to perform IFTs.

Not planning on getting into the new website yet. I'll just keep watching and reading how everyone else is doing. :wall:

I called TSP, waited on phone for hours. It said wait time was 110 minutes (just under 2 hours). Finally, this afternoon, after 4 hours and 10 minutes, someone answered at 4:07pm CT. I told them the issue I experienced is that I cannot create account because halfway through process it asks for my email and then says my email is already in use and to call TSP.

She said they are experiencing a "system glitch", they are aware of this issue, and trying to resolve it and there is nothing they can do at this time. She was apologetic but she could not help.

I decided this is such a big deal, it warrants a call to both of my US Senators and US House Rep. If you would like to complain to trigger a "congressional" inquiry, just call 202-225-3121 ...save it on your speed dial to complain about anything at anytime. Just ask operator to put you in contact with your State's US senator and they will route you to their DC office where you can leave a recording on what you have to say! If you don't know who it is, the operator will look it up and tell you their names. Love It!!!

P.s, I also asked how am I supposed to process an IFT. She said maybe her supervisor could help but after holding another 30 minutes and listening to that stupid irritating music, I hung up.

I need to get money out for medical care and I cannot because early on, the online system failed to attach my phone number and I got locked into TSP snail mail access code, which takes weeks.
So I am definitely going to make a complaint with the TSP Board and also consult a lawyer.
