Maybe this will help you decide. I'm conviced the markets did that when they did because I moved from S to C at the time as well. You will notice that the S Fund didn't start to outperform right away. The C Fund continued to lead the way -- only in the negative direction. It's only when they turned around and started to recover, that the S Fund started to lead to the upside. That's why I'm 2% below both funds right now.
That being said, I don't plan an equivalent move straight back to the S Fund any time soon (why tempt Fate). So, there should still be some money to be made there for those considering an entry.
Further out I am considering a possible entry into the I Fund. It has been the leading fund for April over half the time since 2001. That's more than the other funds combined. Just something to think about.![]()
