nasa1974's Account Talk

Then again will the I fund jump back to it's winning ways with the possible talks between U.S. and N. Korea?

Maybe this will help you decide. I'm conviced the markets did that when they did because I moved from S to C at the time as well. You will notice that the S Fund didn't start to outperform right away. The C Fund continued to lead the way -- only in the negative direction. It's only when they turned around and started to recover, that the S Fund started to lead to the upside. That's why I'm 2% below both funds right now.

That being said, I don't plan an equivalent move straight back to the S Fund any time soon (why tempt Fate). So, there should still be some money to be made there for those considering an entry.

Further out I am considering a possible entry into the I Fund. It has been the leading fund for April over half the time since 2001. That's more than the other funds combined. Just something to think about. :)

Thanks Cactus. I did the same thing last year and did OK, but not as good as I could have.

McMaster to Resign as National Security Adviser, and Will Be Replaced by John Bolton

WASHINGTON — President Trump named John R. Bolton, a hard-line former American ambassador to the United Nations, as his third national security adviser on Thursday, continuing a shake-up of his administration that creates one of the most hawkish national security teams of any White House in recent history.

Mr. Bolton will replace Lt. Gen. H. R. McMaster, the battle-tested Army officer who was tapped as Mr. Trump’s second national security adviser last year to stabilize a turbulent foreign policy operation. But General McMaster never developed a comfortable relationship with the president.

So, where will our next war be; Korea, Iran, Syria, Ukraine?

Ha...good one. Thats great!!! Then they can drown in their own self-created paradise!
