Wow, what happened to that S fund today? :shock: Luckily I was spread out amongst the funds and didn't lose as much. Hopefully the GDP will provide some support tomorrow.

Yes Pat, you are correct. I see 1280 as resistance for the S&P going forward. However, we may see profit taking along the way like we saw yesterday. It wiped out 4 days of gains. :shock:I'll most likely stay in S until the 1st or 2nd and then look for more short term weakness.

GDP just checked in at up 3.4%. Way higher than expected! :^

Orders for durable goods rose 3.4% in October, versus a revised 2% decline in September. The expectation was for an increase of 1.5%. GDP is expected to be revised to 4.1% final third quarter revision. New home sales broke a record.

Mlk, my saddest empathies - I've been there too - my sis was 35 when she died. ...prayers continue for you, your mom and your other brother.....

Thank all of you for your blessings and kind words. Loss is never easy but knowing that he no longer suffers and is in a better place helps.

I'm seeing signs that we may get another pullback to about 1255 or so in the S & P. I don't know if it will start tomorrow or Wed. I'm hoping Wed. because today I'm going to jump into the C and I funds for a day. I also think we take off next week.

Changed my mind. The S fund is down more than I thought it might be this morning so I'm moving to 50% S and 50% I funds.
