Market Direction :{:}

Any assumption on my part could be half right, half wrong. Current trend and signal indicators are bearish. However the bullish primarymovement may be holding with todays advance and the decline in the price of oil.

Signal indicators are in the over sold area. So this might be early to get back in, but still have to play the day transfer delay.

Will put in a IFT for 35% C, and 15% I for tomorrow. If the opening looks ok, will let it ride. Will probably do the same with ETFs if all looks good.

The P-SAR on the S&P has not signaled green as of today. The last signal was red. However, if tomorrow is an up day. I think the signal will go to green.

Rgds, and be careful! :) Spaf

From the FOMC statement (can anyone tell me that this means? :P:

Core inflation has been relatively low in recent months and longer-term inflation expectations remain well contained, but pressures on inflation have stayed elevated.

Futures this morning are indicating a strong opening - which means at least a nice spike up on the open and goodness maybe a runaway for the rest of the day. I would certainly like to see penetration of 1245 on the sp500 by Friday. I think there is choir practice tonight for the G fund curb folks.

That dust cloud is getting closer. If we can convincingly penetrate 1245it will be a huge victory for the bulls. The bears are getting exhuasted. :cool:

I'm just waiting for the stupid thing to drop back to the support line. The S fund action of the past few days is a prime example of what can happen when you buy high. :shock:

The market is like the bull farm I used to live by. The bulls would stop when the wild dogs would come by. The dogs would bite the bulls on the tail, and wouldn't let go.

Contd. [maybe] Rgds. :) Spaf

Damn that oil!

When will it stop?

I am getting a little anxious! Is what that schmuck predicted possible? $100/barrel oil?
