Intrepid_Timer's PUBLIC Account Talk

I've been out dealing with some family matter for awhile; when I returned I noted your subscriptions had been not unexpectedly sold out; there's a way to log in and check the subscription availability; but I'm not sure if this is updated daily.

Is there any way to get on a wait list, or perhaps put a more prominent notification on the website - when you have available subscriptions?

I believe Tom (tsptalk) has a waiting list started, if you want to contact him. BTW, it looks to me like there are a few monthly subscriptions available right now?

Yes... there are some monthlies available right now.

OK, I gave it a whirl and signed up and paid, but don't have permissions yet to see the forum or system signals yet. I was able to see some kind of daily commentary which show the current allocation and last signal. Hopefully the moderator will activate my permissions. I do have a question for IT regarding new subscribers with different allocations than him when they join as to how they should start out. IT can answer me by PM if he gets my drift.

Make sure you send Tom (tsptalk) your sign up information via private message and he will give you access to the premium threads. Read my posts in my "signals thread" and you will find the answer to your question. :) You can also ask on the other threads as our members are always glad to help. Well, most of them...............:cheesy: I'm logging off now, but welcome aboard!

You must have signed up under a different username and email address than your forum info. We're good but not that good. The usernames need to match so we can identify you. Can you please PM me a hint? TY

I can't remember each year how we know when it's time to renew our subscription. Tom or Mike, will you alert us or do we have to check somewhere for the expiration date?

You will get a pop-up message when you read the reports once you're within 30 days, in which case a link will be displayed if you wish to renew early.

You will also be notified via email when within 7 days of expiration.

The expiration dates are posted in the "Member Profile / Status" page in the premium area:

I've copied this Q&A to a thread in the premium area of the forum for future reference: http://www.tsptalk.com/mb/main-ps-talk/23858-whats-my-services-expiration-date.html

Yes - I did use a different username and email address...I didn't want nor intend to. Neither username with proper password gives me access to the signal thread or info I need to start using the service. I PM'd you the circumstance on how this came about, and all the information (usernames, emails, password), in the hope that it can be consolidated into one and give me access.

Tom has been PM'd. In the meantime, thank you for responding to my question via PM; that helps as I am still awaiting access to the signals thread. I have had yet another rough year (in a tough period) with my TSP and a marginal year for other managed money. I wish you continued positive performance.

if that is true it will be terrible for the rising middle class, there is no way we can afford to pay them $15/hr for flipping burgers if our new masters insist we have to send them to class and sensitivity retrain them to say 'want some flies with that?' through the broken drive thru intercom.

Excellent series. I watched on TV late into the night. I started with Saving Private Ryan. I feel like it's the only thing I can do to honor our vets on Veterans Day.
