Intrepid_Timer's PUBLIC Account Talk

well i had planned to race in Texas this weekend  things are just too tight to go play right now , maybe next time:mad: been along time to run the quarter . Set out all last year, and now trying to squeeze in a few races this year best leave the bottle off the car , cant afford any extra breakage this year. :)What prt of txs ??? have family all over the big T

Momma lives in Lampasas, TX. It's about 60 miles north of Austin. My brother is a mechanic and is into fast cars. He has a 1977 Chevy pickup he fixed up and is now trying to sell because he can't afford "the toy" anymore. Thought about buying it and taking it back to MD to sell. Sure I'd get more for it up there. But he says it runs about 3000 rpms doing 55mph so I decided not to. Probably cost $1000 just to drive it there! It was built for the quarter. Which I knew more car lingo................just know it's fast.....LOL

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gave up trying to play those 3X funds almost a year ago. They're some of the most manipulated funds out there.
On 3/9/2009 I bought FAS at $4 a share, sold it a few days later at $4.81. Bought it a week later and lost my shirt and shoes on it. Then bought FAZ and proceeded to lose about half the rest of my wardrobe. That's when I swore off 3x funds. They aren't for little kids like me. JMHO. YMMV.

Been thinking of selling my FAS for several weeks. Just sold my FAS for $105.20. Purchased 6/23/09 for $41.00. My success with individual stock stinks but this trade was good.

Good luck with your trades.
