This part cracks me up:

A German zoo provoked outrage from gay lobby groups after attempting to mate a group of gay male penguins with Swedish female birds who were flown in especially to seduce them. But the project was abandoned after the males refused to be "turned", showing no interest in their would-be mates.

Heard a fellow talking on the radio this morning saying that it seems that the American people prefer to vote for a person with a touch of dishonesty and corruption over a person who is too straight laced. They seem to feel that that a person who is slightly dishonest is more approachable than a strict moral one. Looks like the people of Illinois got what they wanted. As the saying goes: "What is tolerated today becomes accepted tomorrow."
 
To cut him some slack, that picture was taken during the meeting in Philadelphia, where Obama spoke with all of the governors about their budgets.
 
Let's call this what it is: We're nationalizing the banks, the auto industry, and soon the health care industry.

The media is so focused on the auto bailout, which is a puny amount compared to what we've been doing the past 6 months.

That's the idea behind genetically altered plants; no seeds for reproduction therefore you have to purchase your seeds in order to grow crops. You may ask what's the point. I want discuss it here but I'm sure others will know exactly where that points too!:)
