fabijo's account talk

Got it. I'm kind of hoping for people to still feel doom and gloom. If not, then there's more downward to go.

I'm conviced there's alot more doom and gloom to come. I'm just hoping for a strong market rally for the next week or so before the big drop hits right after the election.

 What a day!! Maybe enough fear was spread and is still spreading. Who's going to want to buy in at today's levels? Let's have another one tomorrow! :D

I've got a great system that allows you to catch all the up days in any stock. Even in bear markets, there are huge positive returns by being in on all the up days.

.

My system also catches the down days.

Don't let FRTIB know about your system.

Hey, I guessed something partly right for once. I posted on Oct 2:

I think I finally get it. With $700 Billion, you've got enough to purchase, at current market prices:

Bank of America
JP Morgan Chase
Wells Fargo
US Bancorp
Manulife Financial Institution
Goldman Sachs
Toronto-Dominion Bank

Now we get:

Bush Defends Government Bank Investment

The funny thing about this article is that just minutes ago, it was titled
Bush Defends Bank Nationalization

President Bush said this morning that the administration's "unprecedented and aggressive" plan to partly nationalize nine major banks was an "essential short-term measure to ensure the viability" of a battered financial system.

If a victim gets to pick who hunts him in a true life version of "Deliverance" is that freedom?
If a victim gets to pick which minefield he gets to lead the way through with no protection, is that freedom?
Why do you pick an example that picks on women, or do the men have to go through an involuntary sex change too? :toung:

Thanks, Silverbird. I had just copied it from where I saw it. Now I updated it to include male and female.

I'm slightly curious about how injecting money is supposed to fix things. Let's say I'm one of those banks that needs money "injected" into me.

So, if I earlier took out massive loans so that I could loan out 10 times more than that, I could now get even more loans to help pay off the loans I originally took out, then worry about paying off the bigger loan (injection) I just took out? At some point, doesn't it become impossible to make payments on a loan, even if it were at 0% interest?

It's at this point in the ponzi scheme that you flee to another jurisdiction and enjoy the fruits of your "labor." :cheesy:

Beautifully said! I guess from the world's banks points of view, that would mean to start a new ponzi scheme - I mean, a new financial system.
