Daily charts. It seems odd that Stochastic is crossed up above its signal line, but RSI (14) is down. Will see how tomorrow goes. Futures are up right now. That is good. :smile:

That difference is a little divergence in Stochastic versus price. Indicates price to go up., but will see how long before it happens...
 
also kind of looks like a progressively larger repeating pattern; almost like a Fibonacci sequence? that stuff is beyond my small brain.

Yes.. but I am staying open to it not being H&S. In which case that means, why the heck did I not buy today's awesome increase? The only reason I didn't pull trigger was because Price had not yet reached above that green top line to exceed the left shoulder (thus, breaking the pattern, if only in my mind! :rolleyes:). I am pretty green at looking at that type of pattern. I feel sad to have exited Friday, but not following my strategy had a price and just could not take chance of dropping further. Will see what happens at COB. If that line is exceeded, I might need to concede that it was not an H&S pattern.

Will see....but for now.....:17: FOMO

MMK, Agree... it could just be the next leg up! Lots to be positive about... Economy is opening, even if some hard headed States do so while kicking and screaming with a death grip on their power! lol...:soapbox:

Other Key item is that so far, today's action, if ut doesn't change much, would bring Closing price back up above 50 EMA! That is hugely positive! :banana:

Entered S Fund 100%. Just looks like a leg up after the pounding for last two weeks. Will see how this pans out. :dunno: If it doesn't I may need to see about going to buy and hold and stop looking at market all together.

Looking at chart, it's clear price broke through above where I thought a right shoulder might form. What I like is that RSI has gone above 50, and price is now above the 10 EMA. of course along with both Stochastic and MACD 5.9.2 rising above their signal lines two days ago.

DB don't beat yourself up. if we could see into the future - we wouldn't need to be trying to figure out all these charts and stuff. I used to follow business cycle theory. that has gone somewhat to pot because of all the artificial involvement of each of the worlds major governments. one thing that has been the same - the economy and market are not exactly tied together. so, the market can be up while economy down etc. they are normally 90degrees out of phase with each other so the economy lags the market slightly in the long run. Before business cycle, I tried last month's best fund and before that followed the market day to day and lost my pants. i've made more following people like yourself, and a few others on this website. there is a lot to be said for buy and hold - but, you still need to see the entry points to start and exit points to protect what you've earned. and (i may have this backwards) but, someone said something like... pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered. so again, don't beat yourself up - doing great in the long run.

Hi Bleek, However, I read that the sake 2/28? was low on buyers.. That is scary... some day there might not be enough bond buyers and its gonna hit the fan! IMHO

But WS is 100% correct and I must own up to the truth... can't move forward or improve without looking at reality! Plus Whipsaw is a good guy and meant no harm!

Of course WS meant no harm. He was being sarcastic as was I. To many people get their feelings hurt over nothing. Sorry I opined.
