Tom should have given me the Pete Rose treatment but somehow i knew he wouldnt...the slap on the wrist was just that...i did what i did for good reason...just a small fish in this hill o' beans we call life...insignificant background noise...lets get back to market talk...ill rejoin in 2020...when the L2060 fund is born...the share price i bet will be too good to pass up

It's all true. The share prices were created arbitrarily at different points in time so those of us who wished to could have a share amount and price to multiply and theoretically track our progress. That's why some prices are so much higher than others. Before that time we depended on the full faith and credit of the FRTIB.

Sitting on the fence...50% in. Market slightly down this morn...at noon going slightly positive in Dow prices..Not too bad. Late news today may change it..looking to move in tomorrow or Wednesday...will see!!

With name like DBA you know I love Heart. Check out great guitar solo by Nancy Wilson at start. Great concert!! Anne's voice is magnificent...great rocker! Not too many women rockers like that anymore.

Back in 1980, I saw Heart play in the concert with the Eagles in Yale Bowl. I'll never forget when they played Led Zeppelin's "Rock and Roll" tune. It sounded just like Zeppelin. I believe that was the year John Bonham died.

CH... Now that would have been way awesome to see! Have only seen Eagles during their Hell Freezes Over tour in mid 90s. They are also one of my favorite all time bands. Never did get to see any of these bands in the 70's or 80's.

Saw Robert Plant and Jimmy Page in Austin in 90s...great! Also Pink Floyd twice in 90s.

This Heart concert included the "Bonham" experience so his son , Jason Bonham, opened the show and then came back at end to join Heart to do 4 or 5 encore song's from Led Zeppelin including Black dog, Kashmir, Whole Lotta Love, closed with Stair Way to Heaven! Beautiful night at Starlight amphitheater.... Got the VIP package with meet and greet so got to meet them..take pics. Nancy is really very nice and talked a lot and Ann looks like a porcelain doll in real life ...really pretty. Will definitely see them again if I can. I think they are in their early 60's. Anne did Zeppelin justice on all songs during encore. When Bonham opened he had a lead singer that had awesome voice...definitely would go to see them alone.

You've been to some great shows. I would have loved to see Kashmir. That's probably my favorite Zeppelin song. Those were the days.

A Fleetwood Mac fan. I love to hear Stevie Nicks sing Silent Night (awesome).
 
Hi Jkenjohnson. I've never heard Stevie sing that song...bet it's beautiful..she has such a unique voice. I'm gonna look that one up... Plus really like Silent Night.

I almost posted "Sara" because I really like the lyrics and entire song. There are so many great songs she has written and sang. But the Dreams lyrics are very good. I love to sing her songs as I am a big karaoke fan. Like to sing Heart as well. Last week went out and sang Sara, and Linger by Cranberries... And a few others I can't recall.... Will need to look at whether she is touring to Texas or bordering States..have never seen her in concert. I was looking for a really good early recording and realized that unlike Heart, Stevie does not have lots of clear video recordings in the early years...so was a little bummed with version posted but enjoy her stage presence in that video...she likes to talk to her audience. So many videos of her just talking, interviews, and getting ready to go on stage.
 
Decided to move all back in to G fund. Good gains..gonna pocket it now. Think market will move down next week.. If not..oh well!! ;)
