Good thoughts from everyone. I am nearly at -9% for year and not wanting to risk a lot, and yet want to chip away at that loss. Entry is a tough call either way... I am waiting another day and assess daily. Best wishes to you all! :smile:

PS. I am still thinking about what FWM said. ....buy low, sell high.... Simple strategy and yet so hard to execute well. I am thinking to go back to my older strategy of entering when Slow Sto gets below 20 and starts to rise.... Uuuuuhhh... Gotta play at some point...

I would be ecstatic if I was a -9% YTD right now.

Hi Shitepoke, Yes I did see Coolhand's NAAIM posting last week. I HIGHLY value his evaluations on weekly NAAIM metrics and market conditions.
Market this year is bearish...no doubt. I just don't trust market right now... Very hard to pull trigger because some mornings start off well and then just drop. This morning it was up and then slightly down when I posted charts, and now S fund is down 1.15% Abd C fund nearly 1% down. Ugghhh... So volatile.

Thank you for well wishes! There should be plenty of unwinding, singing, drinking, and good conversation with an old dear friend out in the middle of nowhere! Might swim in the creek or go horseback riding out in the pasture.

Will enjoy the peace of being out in the country, hearing the breeze, viewing green rolling pastures, the sounds of cows mooing in the distance, coyotes at night and viewing the beautiful Milky Way! A few shots of tequila and singing out on the back porch...singing to cows, horses, chickens, dogs and cats should be great! But we might drive to town to hang at a small country bar. Yes, this should be a fun relaxing time!
