Off Trader's Talk...Bullitt will like this ;)

Monday's edition of Investors Business Daily (the e-edition is out now) will call the current market "market in an upttrend." Some week. Monday began as "market in uptrend". Tuesday's call changed to "market in correction". Next Monday's call will be back to "market in an uptrend". I have followed the IBD Big Picture column since early 2003. Never saw the Big Picture opinion of market direction change 3 times in 5 days.

As expected the SS stayed on a sell. In fact, two of the signals are now in a sell condition. There's nothing to read into this however, as that can change day to day.

LOL. I logged onto the MB tonight to post that in your thread but you beat me to it. Like the SS signals, IBD has had me scratching my head lately as well.

Thanks coolhand.....those articles mirror what i feel every day with my TSP......after reading the first article i was ready to go 100G.....after the second article my histeria was calmed....and after the third one i wass ready to go all in.......so i will take the average and stand pat for a little longer.......but i guess thats the way it is in the market you can always find two people saying the exact opposite at exactly the same time.

History may not always repeat, but it often rhymes. The bulls still have control and I'm not a top caller, but I'm sure it's a safe bet to say that sooner or later the bulls will be pressured once again.

I'm neutral at this point and sitting in G until the next SS buy signal. :)

Thats why you will have success at this in the long run....you have a system that you believe in... you read all the articles, you take the information swirling around you and compare to what you trust in......

What they don't realize (Or don't care) is that when states started struggling with their budgets Alcohol was the first place they went to increase revenue.
Brew your own, it taste better and you'll enjoy it more.

Excellant articles today Coolhand. Loved the town hall:laugh:

Beer is going up, yet we still have believers in deflation. Yeah, compared to last year's oil bubble we may be in deflation, but I'm not buying it.
