that is something i never want to hear when my eyes are closed, morgan freeman's voice whispering in my ear. there is just no possible scenario i can imagine in which that works out well for me. and i can imagine lots of scenarios, just trust me on this one.

Only the Lion and the Donkey are snoozing in the tall grass. The mouse, squirrel, raccoon, wolf and owl are on the hunt. The BirchTree is still planted firmly in his own terra firma - all alone with a bunch of bulls in thongs running around him. A weird mental picture. I'm just wondering how many of our new thong aficionados can handle the volatility that they are going to get buffeted by? How fast can they get back into a burka if things go south? Personally, I would be looking left and right, my very exposed body would be sweating, my legs would be twitching... It sure doesn't feel like 2009 to me. That was a very nice summer. Ah, 2009. Still have some of that tan.

Then again, I saw clouds in 2013. For big chunks of the year I was sitting around in a burka. It was a beautiful Indian Summer. Missed it by a ton. So, maybe a thong is in my near future. Don't know. i might be the only one who feels this way, but i'm sorry i haven't had much time to post lately.

besides work, trying to quit smoking, and budget problems, i've been busy finishing a remodel of the bathroom in the bar down in my man cave, which coincidentally is the main source of budget problems. all i have left to do is to install a new sink and pick the color. do you think red is a good fit?
