This Handballer joined TSPtalk 2 years or so ago. I enjoyed browsing for a while before that. Sometime back, I remember seeing a map that showed areas of the world where peole were tuning in to TSPtalk at the moment. Is it still available?

TSPtalk covers a vast area of topics and I am just getting around to some of them. I really enjoy being here but I spend too much time. Just can't help it.

Maybe someone can explain how I can get my E-drive back (build-in CD/DVD drive back. Its actually still in place but my computer does not recognize it. I believe it disappeared downloading a 1/3 GB update to windows last week.
Gotta quit now and finish my other bottle.

I took that out a while back as it sseemd to be a little flky - not always working. Maybe I'll try to make a better version.

We enjoy having you. Is it possible to be here too much? :D

Wish I could help, but I usually just play hit and miss with that stuff until it works, then I forget what worked. reboot, hit that, unplug this, plug in, reboot, look for hardware, etc.

Tom,

Yesterday, AGG was up 0.32% but the F-fund was up only 0.16%.
Today both AGG and the F-fund were up 0.55%.

1. Do you know of anyone who understand how the F-fund share price is calculated?

2. Do you know of 3 facts that are true about how the F-fund share price is calculated?

Thanks,
Greg

Tom,

Here is a chart that I generated for the daily F-fund price and it's 20-day Moving Average(simple).

Here's a similiar for AGG:

1. For the F-fund 20MA should I use the last 20 days that there was a F-fund price or should also account for the holidays?

2. Do you think that the two (AGG/F-fund) are different enough to matter?

The AGG ETF pays dividends so the longer term return may not be as accurate.

Similar to the S&P and our C-fund. The daily returns usually match pretty closely, but not always the annual return because of dividends.

My FAZ did a 1:10 split this morning and I was wanting to sell it but I can't right now. Any idea as to when I'll be able to sell it? First time dealing with a split.

Thanks,

hmmm.. I actually never heard of them putting a hold on a stock that splits. FAZ has traded 20M shares today so I am not sure why you can't sell. Have you tried calling your broker?

Just called and they sold it right in front of me on the computer. Don't know why they wouldn't let me do it myself.............

Why did they decide to do the reverse split?

Tom. You OK?
Kevin may have been referring to today's market comment column. When I try to pull up your comments on my computer they are fragmented and the charts don't appear.

It may be another one of those errors because my Vista won't talk to something it's supposed to. But if so it's a new one.

Same problem over here on 2 different computers...

So thanks for the quick fix! :)
It always seems that I have those problems on mornings when I sleep a little late - knowing the problem was out there for probably 10 hours after I posted it the night before - Ugh! :embarrest:
