washington compost,, headline states trump BUT nowhere in the article is it trump article states The two reports are based on budget guidance from the Office of Management and Budget, the democrats are lying in their personal report saying its trump.

exactly it is a report by democrats who say it is Trump. no proof of that. just as similar reports came out during obama terms and nobody including the dems said he was behind it. since u stated childish tactics, that is all I need to know about u and its not good.

Here's a tip for all of you with more than just a few years on the job....it will put a smile on your face like it did for me when an "old timer" told me about 22 years ago. Think how much you were making when you first maxed out your leave balance. Calculate it on a per paycheck basis so you can really picture it. Then look at how much that 240 (or however much) is worth on todays payscale.

Life is too short to not use my leave. I have balance, it's just not maxed out. Never has been and probably never will be.

It took me a few years but having my 240 on the books sure was nice when I retired.
