weatherweenie's account talk

Welcome to our forum. I'm sure you will be educated about how others invest their TSP fund assets. I am the person who tracks all member returns in the TSPTalk Weekly Tracker. This is posted in the forum, "Member's Account Return's Tally".

Please post all your IFTs to the same "weatherweenie account" in the "Member Allocations, Transactions, and Returns" forum. Do not create a new account thread for each posting. You already created your account thread yesterday and this morning you created a second account thread.
You create additional entries in your account by clicking the "Post Reply" button.

I already had you at 100% G with the account you created yesterday (9/28) at 5:06 pm. Please read the sticky rules about posting your IFT moves to be tracked in the TSPTalk Weekly Tracker.

I saw my screw up, and had one of the threads removed.

Thanks for the heads up.

Yes, I see your account thread from yesterday was deleted, but only after I posted my feedback to your account talk. In the past, a few new members did not know how to add an entry to their account thread. They created a new account thread for every IFT move.

Good investing!

In the event that the party is over, temporaily, I'm moving to the sidelines/100% G. I reserve the right to change that though. :D

How sweet it is to see the Yankees humiliated in the playoffs once again.

Oh to be a fly on the wall in 'The Boss'' luxury box! :p

This is the kind of day that makes me question whether it's worth it to 'manage' my account. The markets are overbought, yet continue to move higher.

Is this how Tom has felt most of this year? :D

Will you wait until the snow arrives - and not be able to get out of your G cabin? Mistakes are mistakes, but by far the worst mistake is being left for frozen.

Staying in George Castanza mode one more day. That being, doing the opposite of what I would normally do. I'd normally jump in to the S fund, but will keep my hands off the mouse and stay in the G for at least one more day.

Thinking there's more upside to the I fund than anything else.

Switching to 40% G,I 20% C. S fund has got to sell off some, doesn't it?!

Both the S and the I have lots of room, especially going into the holiday season. The S is at a critical point right now. If it can break the above the trend, it could see some great gains as the money rotates back into small caps. The choice between the two is a function of the dollar index.
