What about liberty and the first amendment? Barring that a member offends/slanders/insults another member, I think anyone should be able to post any "opinion".

What about the "rights" taken from those who no longer have access to the data/opionions of McDuck and Birchtree?

The ones who are truly restricted are those who no longer have access to McDuck and Birchtree posts at the expense of those who desire a Burger King MB>

I like the jail idea. Sounds fun, but somehow I'm guessing it will get politicized. We'll need a conservative judge and a liberal judge, and the plaintiff will have to go through the jury selection process, etc. It could get complicated.
