That's a great cover in a weird sorta way. New Wave was the scene at the time. Devo, Kraftwerk, Wall Of Voodoo, etc.........
That gives me an idea. Obscure cover songs. Maybe once a week.
And not ones where someone just does the song exactly as the original. That's just boring.
Ones that are unique in some way or done by someone who you might not expect.
That might be kinda fun......

I'll just post in the music vid thread. Like maybe every Tuesday or sumthin like that. I'll just make sure to clarrify it's a cover song. Not sure there'd be enough group participation to justify a whole new thread. If it takes off, then maybe. We'll see......
I got a few really good / cool ones in mind that I think people will like. I'll start next week and we'll see how it goes.
It might just fall flat on it's face.
