Sorry for hijacking your thread SugarandSpice.

Speaking on behalf of myself, Buster, C.B., Viva la Migra, Grandma, and a few others...:worried:

We're pretty open about our feelings and enjoy some social engagements that may get a few others 'aroused' -- and sometimes it's a thrill to not only see the reactions of others -- but all the more to play on those reactions. I have to say that Tom and the Moderators are also 'experts' in this matter -- so I think everyone just needs to 'chill' and carry on as usual.

It's obvious the Moderators are by far the very best people possible for the collective group and the newest addition 'Lady' all the more brings this truth to light. Imagine what this place would be like if Birch, Buster, C.B. and I were in charge...... there's no doubt we would have 'canned' some of your a$$es almost as soon as you showed up. First we would have toyed with ya a little and batted ya back and forth -- then pushed the 'barred' button and toasted each other. We'd recuit 350z and make him our 'Pansy Detector'...

Anyway -- this is a great place for everyone of us because of them and I'm thrilled we have this place.

Please there's no need for all this cheering -- oh gosh not 'roses' -- give them to Alevie or Malyla -- please stop -- stop -- you all are too much.

It's funny that I hear complaining about consistancy yet no one reports the post about it or any other posts.

I get one report from a Moderator no less and I get slammed for not being consistant yet all those who are offended report nothing.

Actually I could have done nothing because I am a Moderator not a editor or proof reader. We do not read every single post, those of you that do, need to "step up" and use the "report post" icon that is attached to every single post in the upper right side.

If you think I was complaining you are misunderstood. Birch and I have put on our show about things in the past. Yeah maybe I tried to point out a few things but his statements really speak for themselves. I never have nor will I ever use the "report post" button.
Thats what happened this time is it? Someone reported him. And the same with McDuck too. Someone reported him as well. When someone is warned about his posts and there is no visible way for the members to see it then we can assume that it is allowed. Or ok this time.
Maybe a feature that has a symbol showing the post has had a warning sent to the poster. At least members know someone complained and that the Mods have shown some action. Personally nothing offends me here. But I do understand the idea of maintaining the site.

What is a guy like myself to do who becomes offended by people who become offended?

Sure, but what if some people then become offended because someone is catering to those who become easily offended?

This becomes a never ending loop.

90% of the benefit/entertainment of this site is the opinioins/views of the posts! I enjoy it all............bring it on!!!

I have never understood how someone can log onto something and complain about it.



If its offensive, disregard and move on..........
If it becomes too unbearable it must not be for you.....change the channel.

Have you considered the possibility that the rest of us are 'flies' and you really are 'Sugar'. :toung: I know that may sound strange and from our perspective ... we honestly think we're people typing on the keyboard and looking at the screen.

But when you consider how quickly your Thread becomes the site that all of us are compelled to swarm to -- it may be more than your magnetic personality drawing us in -- may be something more natural like flies to Sugar.

Anyway ---- that's my random thought for today.

I knew I should have put your name 'first' but didn't want to make you the center of attention -- so just kind of thew it in.

Figured for what I was expressing -- which was basically the sheer fact that we have 'no restraints' when it comes to making our views known that if I didn't include you --- you'd wonder how I could have possibly forgotten to include you.

This is one of those situations where you just don't know ... better to take the chance and hope you're pleased (like Buster) than leave you out altogether.
