It's not 'my call' Birch

I don't want to sound like Mr. Recognizer (said sprinkling Holy Water over me in the shape of a cross and hoping nothing evil befalls me) but in all sincerity I am totally abandoned to Uptrend's System.

Yesterday alone 1.01%
G Fund @ 0.03% a week - would take 33 or more weeks

Monday was another 1% - and look at today

With a 'soft sell' I left 16% in S (ready to rake in a few more $$)

I see you 2 a lot alike Birch but with one huge difference. I would trust you with my overall assets to manage the weath indefinately as you do your own ... looking for good buys and taking advantage of 'value oriented stocks' and keeping some on hold for future opportunities....

but I wouldn't trust you with my TSP that I would give to Uptrend

Having said all that - you have caught me at just the right moment and so I will grant your wish... .... 300 points tomorrow.

I like the systems I have seen in all of these philosophies...

Wow - that is a HUGE compliment !!!

Thanks for putting me with all the above but honestly each of them is in a league way over me. I've been more of a 'random gut' player that goes on a whim and have incredibly 'lucked out' over the years (at least until I joined the MB :embarrest.

Where Birch, CH, and UT have repeatedly shown they are actively keeping up with every possible segment of the Markets and Economy and they make their 'incredible wisdom' known.

Poolman (Corepuncher, 350z and a few others) have essentially disappeared but they know their s*** and are very impressive.

Tractor came on as the Market bottomed and has ridden the I Fund throughout. Has exceeded 50% on the AT (and the only one I've ever seen do that) - but if Tractor is a 'strick B&Her' and has consistently maintained the I Fund at 100% over the past 5 years then to me that is 'mindless and insane'.

But you're missing my point and that is the Uptrend System - which he developed and has only recently made known. Uptrend himself is 'stuck in G Fund' as he puts it. I am ignoring his extremely valuable insights (and the insights of all the others) and only looking at what the system says to do.

So in all sincereity - what I am doing is 'totally mindless' other than how I choose to Go IN and Get OUT. A 'Buy' C,S,I,F for me is going 100% S Fund - as his System is over 50% on the S Fund this year and prior to him making this available for us.

So please let me stress that it is wholly a 'machine' that has no logic or emotion - no particular thought pattern moving it to say this or that - THAT IS DIRECTING MY MOVES

Because I totally and completely believe in Uptrend's Ability and have no doubt what he has created is 'for real'.

The Tonkinese System is one of the most powerful and accurate systems to date. 300 may happen.

Uptrend System - had a SELL - so I moved 84% to F Fund as it was a 'Soft Sell'

Either way - it's hard to say and there is more than enough support to make either decision. UT System gained 3.96% in 3 days so I don't know how much steam is left...

I'm glad to see that you are in the game right now. But your 'addiction' is not that at all. It is your home, assured certainty.

Back to Basics: The probability of a Tonkinese being 'wrong' in financial decesions is less than 0.02%.

That means their calls are 99.08% right on target.

Everytime the Markets Fly (as they have recently) the overwhelmingly majority seem convinced a 'Major Correction' is about to take place.

Consolidation is part of the process and what's happening today does not look like any significant other than consolidation with an upward movement still in play.

It's a pleasure and an honor having ya stop by.

With 'Dark Matter' becoming increasingly understood and all the Space Hubble is revealing I think of you often. My interest regarding Planet Earth has dwindled as I've come to know most of its general make up and now it's mainly waiting on Civilization catching up with and using what we know. I'm somewhat baffled that we know how much Solar Energy the sun gives daily - the various layers of the Ocean - the Thermal Places around the globe (with Yellowstone being probably the biggest) - the currents throughout the atmosphere - and tons of other things but we still essentially live in the Stone Age or are just beggining to brake ground.

SPACE - however - is incredibly fascinating and is probably my Greatest Love. So NASA is way up there in my book.

Well I'm back to my end of 2007 (beginning of 2008) balance. So I've got the rest of the year to recoup the $16K I added. I'm thrilled to pieces and I'm not 'bragging' but the way the year started off I thought this would be a very hard goal to achieve.

Under the Direction of UT's System I went 84% F / 16% S

Here this is totally up to my discretion. When the System says BUY you put it however you want (in High Risk). I go with S Fund because the System has 'Maximized' S Fund returns.

When it says 'Soft Sell' then you put the Bulk in F Fund (as G Fund would give lesser returns while 'Sell Mode' is in play).

Since we only have 1 Real Play - per month and it's only the 18th then I can seize more gains when the Markets Rise and if the System has another BUY - I'll repeat the <1% daily until a Sell happens.

Had it been a Hard Sell - would have gone 100% F

On a side note: General Corepuncher has come out of hiding singing the 'Same Song' that led him to the Bunker to begin with and largely kept me (and many others) in the Bunkers for so long. We can always find a ton of reasons to support 'A Doom and Gloom Outlook' but that HAS NOT had any bearing on how the Markets have responded since 3/9/09.

In 2008 and the beginning of 2009 the Economy and Markets went hand in hand. The Economy still 'SUCKS' - but the Markets are a seperate entity altogether.

Be cautious - but don't give up altogether.

It was a pretty good read - but then again I dont know much about dark matter, quarks, and all that other good stuff. I'm just a dumb environmental engineer who hangs out at landfills and anywhere else that is disgusting and smelly!! Have a good weekend...

It was a pretty good read - but then again I dont know much about dark matter, quarks, and all that other good stuff. You're like 99.99% of the population that is too caught up in the Microscopic View of things. Only then do you just see 'the landfills and all the other disgusting and smelly things' and in fact this same Microscopic View is the basis behind the overwhelming majority of 'Negative Energy' and complaints.

From an 'Environmental Engineer' perspective - YOU of all people should be able to appreciate the overall picture. The Earth is the most sacred 'Living Entity' known in the Universe. It's Magnetic Fields are constantly in the background -- sort of controlling everything and that is why Psych Admissions are so much higher during Sept/Oct -- also why the Full Moon has so much more ER visits...

But beyond all this are the patterns of the Oceans and the way they control the Global Climate and keep the 'Water' running as it should. So the Planet has a Circulatory System/Respiritory System essentially identical to our own. The Ocean itself is 'The Brain' that controlls everything. But all life (Plants, Animals) work on 'cycles' and we are but a 'small speck' in our Universe - yet there are numerous other Universes - so in reality there is no such thing as a Universe - as we would have to say in our Multiverse.

Dark Matter is the BIG THING - in fact the Biggest Thing for now and only as we see the dynamics of its importance can we appreciate the smaller Galaxy we have known for ages. Quarks and all the other good stuff are the FOUNDATIONS of everything else and only in coming to recognize and appreciate 'The Bigger Macroscopic View' can we have a 'Realistic View' of REALITY.

Sci Fi - is very rarely 'fiction' - it is foretelling the undeniable truths of what is to come.

Have you tried a cup of Cuban coffee? It is served in a cup that looks like a shot glass, but my goodness is it ever potent! I had one in Miami once. I was WIDE awake for my flight home!
