What is wrong with falling houses prices? Japan tried to stop their housing market from crashing in the early 1990s. How did that turn out?

The reason it is not about the housing prices. It is all to support the underlining derivative contracts that are leveraged up 50:1 using the mortgage as collateral.

So far the bears cannot break the November lows - we'll see after 1500 hours. Maybe some noise from BHO will propell us off the bottom - he's susposed to announce his mortgage relief program tomorrow. Only a few hints today will rocket this market higher.

Boy does that bring back some very cool memories....

Went to Richwood, WV with a Rock Band I went everywhere with... and that's where I met Shelia Johnson - ohhh my gosh!!! Anyway she had to be about the coolest - sexiest - and most beautiful girl I'd met up to that point. Anyway - the band is playing at a pool and after I slipped out a little while and came back .... the lead singer starts saying some crap and telling everyone about me... going off the diving board.... and Tom the drummer starts the drum roll....

That's because THEY ARE PANSY ASS BEARS -- they don't have what it takes to really do the job so they make a bunch of baby step s***

Give em another month or so Birch and we'll finally hit bottom - which is probably another 15% (maybe 10%) to go.

I've thrown the dice and we'll simply have to see how they land... but I was (and am) more than willing to take the chance of losing a little - to be in the game.

OK - my method may be strange to everyone else

but at least in my little world I have a clue to what I'm doing...

... and I'm simply trying to play the 'moods' and anticipate the probabilities of quick gains in a Major Bear Market

... so when we have huge sell offs in the beginning of a 4 day week:

WITH Day #1 - being a MAJOR SELL OFF
and...Day #2 - being FLAT - or forming a base

I'm still hopeful that #3 and #4 - will somehow show the buyers thinking it's time to go in - which may give me a decent out.

PUSH (the movie) was like another world altogether - and I like movies that stretch the imagination

Then shortly after I got home my wife and Carrie brought home Nights in Rodanthe which I liked even better. It's great when people can connect and let the real magic happen - and so often there's so much beauty ready to sping to life and wanting to spring to life - and it just takes a few buttons to push here and there.....
