In case anyone is wondering. I'm sticking to my plan and staying 40% at
risk. 20%(C) and 20%(S),,,,,,,, I did another reconsolidation IFT to increase
my $$$$'s at risk by adding approximately $$$$ to the (C) and (S).
Others may call this "doing your own rebalancing like the L Funds".

I "rebalanced" back to the lilly pad today - just couldn't take any more bleeding. Cluck! Cluck! I usually don't let emotion and fear rule my investing, but something seems to be truly "different" this time. All of the government intervening in a seemingly panic mode doesn't help. Now that I've lost my patience and jumped ship, get set for a 1000 point Dow rally!

Sounds like the board is getting a little scared that we'll all go "G" and not trade. Hmmm....how many board members will we need then?
Honestly, "protecting gains" as opposed to "locking in losses" is the same way of saying....YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANYMORE OF MY MONEY!!!!

The F, C & S Fund shares are officially worth less than the G Share. BUY & HOLD????? Nice flippin advice!!!!! I think I may just jump in next week after CC day!
I got 2 IFTs for the month going for me......I wish I could sell them to the highest bidder! Hey FRTIB, why don't you let me put my IFTs on EBAY!!!!!
It all most sounded like Birch wrote the darn thing. (just kidding Birch). Considering the unpresidented and never seen before circumstances that the US Market faces, wouldn't it have been prudent to advise the TSP Participant that "risk vs. tolerance can sometimes justify moving your money into the (G) Fund. As a long term investor, any move to the (G) should be considered a short term decision". No, instead they tell everyone to "stay calm, don't panic, this is the Titanic on its maiden voyage and your as safe as a baby's behind". I just don't believe what I read. Its like seeing the Ice Berg some 15 miles away and you tell the passangers, we play chicken with those all the time. Steady as she goes, stay on coarse".

Its hard not to notice that the word "Depression" is being avoided like
the plague. Panic is another word being cautiously avoided. Now that
scares me ! Good will always beat evil, sometimes, it just takes longer
then we like. I'm almost out of time and money, what a bad time for
