Shoulda, woulda, coulda on the XIV shares I had yesterday...sheesh what a huge move this morning on that. In the end I still had a gain which is better than a loss though.
well taking a 3.5% gain in 1 day isn't shabby at all, besides who knows, all it takes for a market crash to happen is for one of our politicians to come up and say 'haha psych, not even close to a deal'

Looking to exit TNA today, my price target from the cup & handle breakout was reached. Market appears to be consolidating though so set a stop loss at 63.40 incase the next break isn't to the downside.
Weekly chart is telling me to stay in, so I'm holding the C/S position (My tsp strategy follows the weekly instead of daily/15m)

is that when boehner's press conference is going to be? could be a spike in either way depending how optimistic it is. i'm guessing people are more on the side of worry (which would explain the VIX going up hard)

VIX finished strong, taking out Dec 4's previous high, and the dollar looks primed for a bounce. the market could be ugly in the next few days.
Small caps haven't tanked like the Dow & S&P but might be following suit, will look at the charts again when i get home and possibly put a buy stop for TZA.
