We just had 2 monster days, the market will probably be quiet for a few more sessions until the next move. market has to digest moves like this before going up again

and that's when I'll be looking to get out, I always have a bad feeling when the overall sentiment is too positive haha.

Weekly MACD divergence on the S&P turned positive this week. This rally could still have wheels on it. Will say tomorrow before deadline if my system is staying in for next week, but leaning bullish

Yay! I am feeling much better after I had decided to move to I at COB on the 4th.

Good move! I fund actually looks pretty nice right now. I used to stay away from using the I fund but will actually start looking at that as an option from here on out (feeling more confident in my chart reading than the years past)

My system probably isn't as good as intrepid timer or contrarianjeff at picking the bottoms / tops (using the weekly charts), but as long as i'm moving in the direction of the trend I think it'll be a good one. I finally have a full year to test it on the autotracker and am looking forward to the rest of this year

nah that's not smack talk, birch is one of my favorite posters haha, he always cracks me up when he talks about bull manure and this and that, just getting into the spirit when im leaning bullish

just bad luck, that happened to me several times (buying when another system was saying buy, and because they had a good track record) and I ended up on the short end. Surprised he's mentioning shorting the SPX, that chart is looking healthy right now and I wouldn't be trying to short it just yet. I usually wait for full stochs to get out of that 80-100 range because shorting when the market is in breakout mode is risky stuff.

This was a lovely trading day. I even sat outside on a terrace to eat lunch in Washington. The sun was nice and warm; I played two hours of volleyball after work; worked out before work, and came home to see I am tied for third on the monthly autotracker! I may have even broken the $400K mark for the first time. If not, I'm within 1/2% of it.

I don't think I want to be in a two-seat outhouse... seeing as how being in a 1-seat outhouse is bad enough! I once drew a picture of a 3-seat (3 tiered) outhouse that depicted our agency's management style. It all flows downhill you know.

Staying on a buy. Looking at the charts, I have a feeling that I fund will outperform C and S next week, but I didn't want to burn an IFT. Good luck all!
