It seems that if we have a up move in stocks that it will be quickly reflected in an increasing percentage of the C S I funds of those in the Top positions of the Tracker. Of course with the way the markets are moving now days they could just as easily move down in short order. Those that delve into the market now are truly more brave and knowledgeable than I or more foolhardy as the case may be. I just don't see any fundamental reason to jump into the market at this point having been out for the most part since Feb. Sure stock prices at this point are at historic lows and by any measure are bargain basement deals. It seems anyone would be a fool not to buy in now. Yet what do the fundamental facts tell us. Are things turning around for the better? It seems not at this point. Are economic conditions stabilized? No there seems to be this creeping worldwide economic paralysis overshadowing everything. The major economic powers are pouring their economic lifeblood into their economies to try to stabilize the situation, to what effect? At this point it seems that economic law is overpowering all efforts. Fundamental economic law has been violated and the price must be paid. The market force will have its way and ultimately the economic reality that we have been used to for all our lives will have to change to a new reality that may not be to our liking. Faced with this I don't think I want to be in the market now. Of course if it gets bad enough even the G fund will be of little comfort. We have a great country, get out and enjoy life! Have a great day!:)

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

John Adams (American 2nd US President (1797-1801), 1735-1826)

To me, it's important know when and where a person said something that becomes a quote.

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
- John Adams to the Officers of the First Brigade of the Third Division of the Militia of Massacusetts, October 11, 1798

Thanks, i agree. Here is a little more of the quote.

"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

Looks like the G fund is losing it grip. Are we in denial and this a sucker rally or is this the bottom and we are on our way up? I'm sure I don't know. Still 100% G.:)
